Our Manufacturing Process

We think it is important for you to know how the Manufacturing process works.

Not only so that you know what quality you can expect from us, but also so you know what work goes into one of our prints.

STEP 1: Chitubox and Elegoo

We run all of our minis through a software called Chitubox, this is where we can change the size,

and add our supports for 3Dprinting. That file is sliced, saved and sent over to our Elegoo Saturn 3 Ultra

printers to print. All of our 3D prints are made solid.

STEP 2: Removing Supports and Cleaning

Once the model has printed, we move over to removing supports and cleaning.

All prints are carefully washed in 99.9% Isopropyl Alcohol. All their supports are removed,

and if there are any lumps and bumps left from the supports, we file and patch

them to save you the trouble.

STEP 3: Curing and priming

They are then fully cured by means of UV light in our Anycubic wash and cure machines, and primed,

so they are sent to you ready to paint! We paint all of our minis by hand,

to make sure we have covered everything.

STEP 4: Pack and Post!!!

The most exciting part for you is how quick we get everything packed and sent to you!

Everything is packaged well to avoid any damages during transit. We also send some free gifts and love in every package!

We maintain inspections on every step of this process to make sure that we've got everything perfect so they are ready for you to paint as soon as you get them. It is important to note however, that we do our best to send you products completely ready to paint but sometimes we might miss something. You can clean up the model by slightly sanding imperfections or filling it with hobby putty such as greenstuff or milliput. If we did miss something please get in touch with us and let us know so we can be aware of it in the future and do our utmost to not let it happen again!
